COINNOV is a fund dedicated to Research, Development, and Innovation that:

• Provides technical and financial support in the form of grants.
• Target 40 innovation projects developed and implemented by companies in cooperation with a service provider (private or public).

Program objective

PRFs aim to mobilize expertise and create synergies between research structures (laboratories and research units) and socio-economic partners, whether public or private, including companies, specialized organizations, associations, and others, with a view to providing concrete solutions to specific issues related to the country's socio-economic development.

Financial benefits

Annual funding for a maximum period of four years (one installment per year) is granted.

• Acquire scientific equipment
• Cover operating costs
• Cover the costs of running and monitoring the network
• Employ support staff and students

Program objectives

• • The development of prototypes of new systems designed in research facilities or the substantial improvement of a system, process, device, or product.
  • Promoting the transfer of research results from research institutions to the productive system.

Financial benefits

Funding may cover the following items:

• Equipments
• Maintenance and servicing costs for equipment acquired as part of the project
• Consumables
• Subcontracting costs
• Documentation and fees for using national and international database networks
• Travel and accommodation in Tunisia for members of the research team
